Alex is the founding director of Mosaic Network UK, growing the business steadily since its opening in June 2002. He is an experienced business manager with over 10 years of management experience in the technology industry. He has held the positions of Information Technology Development Officer at the University of Sussex, England and Digital Arts, IT Programmer for the University of California at Santa Barbara and Head of Systems operations at the University of Edinburgh.
Alex’s responsibilities have included sales, marketing, product development, customer service, and operations. During his career he has worked to analyze users’ needs and translate these needs into technical specifications for programmers. He is adept at mapping business processes and analyzing business needs to determine whether and how technology can be best utilized. Today, Mosaic’s UK client list includes many well-known organizations including the University of Edinburgh and Brighton & Hove City Council.
