Mosaic Network
has been involved in the First Five initiative since
it's beginnings as Proposition-10. First Five
is the result of the California Children and Families
Act of 1998. This act is designed to provide,
on a community-by-community basis, all children prenatal
to five years of age with a comprehensive, integrated
system of early childhood development services.
This section provides information about how Mosaic works
to achieve these aims.
